A lawyer in private practice funded by LABC provides the following services: takes applications for legal representation and refers eligible clients to lawyers; provides liaison between LABC, the community, and the private bar; directs clients to legal information services and community agencies; and provides access to LABC websites and other online legal resources. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Also does Aboriginal band outreach in Adams Lake, Chu Chua, Little Shuswap, Neskonilith, Simpcw, Skeetchestn, and Whispering Pines.
