Kelowna Office

Provides assistance to eligible veterans, members of the Canadian Armed Forces (Regular and Reserve), members and former members of the RCMP, their families, and caregivers. Services include information and referral, form completion assistance, needs assessment, and care planning. Also offers help to access health and mental health services, career transition services, home care services, grounds maintenance, long-term care, and rehabilitation programs. Financial assistance includes disability compensation, health-related benefits, help with the cost of funerals and burials, emergency financial assistance and the War Veterans Allowance. Financial aid available to attend post-secondary education for children of a deceased Veteran or Canadian Armed Forces member. VAC services can also be accessed through any Service Canada location. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
