Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre

Helps families navigate the mental health system, connect with peer support, and access resources and tools that address mental health and substance use challenges and support well-being. Services are available to families across BC with children and youth up to age 24, by phone, email, virtual meeting, or in person at The Kelty Centre. Also provides information and resources to people of all ages with an eating disorder or disordered eating concern. Ask Kelty Mental Health is a searchable online tool for common questions about supports and services in BC. Many online informational pages, educational webinars, and the Where You Are podcast are also available for parents, caregivers, and professionals.
