Service Description

Provides easy access to primary health care services, specifically for people with mental health issues and people living with homelessness. Drop-in clinic offers wound care, treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management, health education, foot care, testing for STI's, women's health care, and referral to other health care providers. Clients may or may not have Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage. Clinic hours are 9:30 am to 12 noon to 1 pm and 4:30 pm Mondays, and 9:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays. Offered in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health.

COVD-19 Update (July 23, 2021): Reopening August 3, 2021. Currently, the building is closed for drop-in visits. Nursing services continue to be offered for free by phone, outreach, or scheduled visits which includes foot care; call 604-251-5237 between 9:30 am to 3 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays to book an appointment. Team serves Grandview-Woodlands area, except one nurse who serves low-income clients who live in Vancouver. NOTE: The elevator is currently not functioning so clients have to navigate 15 stairs with three landings.
