An interactive online community to help support the physical, mental, and social well-being of all kidney patients, care providers, living organ donors, and anyone wanting to protect their kidney health. Provides free resources and videos on staying active, eating well, engaging in activities to boost mental well-being, and opportunities to get socially connected. Peer Engagement Groups provide an opportunity to connect virtually with other individuals who have experienced the impact of kidney disease. One-to-One Peer Mentoring/Support matches trained volunteer peer mentors with patients, care partners, or living donors requesting one-on-one phone consultations to discuss lived experiences. Offers free Kidney Wellness Coaching Sessions through a pilot initiative. Funded in part by Government of BC.
