An interactive online community and platform to help support the physical, mental, and social well-being of all kidney patients, care providers, living organ donors, and anyone wanting to protect their kidney health. Provides free resources, videos, and classes on staying active, eating well, engaging in activities to boost mental well-being, and opportunities to get socially connected. Peer Engagement Groups provide an opportunity to connect virtually with other individuals who have experienced the impact of kidney disease. Also offers free Kidney Wellness Coaching Sessions.
