Labour Relations Board
An independent, administrative tribunal with the mandate to mediate and adjudicate labour relations matters related to unionized workplaces, according to the Labour Relations Code. Hears and determines applications under the Code. Office hours (hearings and reception) are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Filing hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
