Offers trauma-informed, culturally safe primary care services to Indigenous individuals in the Campbell River area, including urban and away from home First Nations, Metis and Inuit individuals. Services include: routine health checks, traditional approaches to healing, maternity and new born care, mental health supports, chronic disease management, harm reduction, treatment and recovery, rehabilitation services, home support services, and transportation to care.
