Provides wraparound services to meet the basic needs of youth ages 12 to 24 which include health and wellness support, street outreach, and housing placement support for those who are unhoused or face barriers to housing. Regularly host special events and field trips. Provides a hot meal, medical care, counselling, and education and support programs. Services include care from a family physician or nurse practitioner, substance use support from addictions counsellors, counselling for mental health issues including anxiety and depression, life skills training, and training certificates such as First Aid and Food Safe. Provides harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports, and provides safer sex supplies such as condoms. Also facilitates access to services such as food, bus passes, showers, laundry, clothing, and housing. No referral is required. Operated in partnership with a number of community organizations.
