Provides free English language classes for adult newcomers ages 17 and up who are permanent residents or refugees (protected persons and convention refugees). Also assesses prospective students for eligibility and training level; newcomers must first complete a language assessment to find out which level of language class is best for them. Offers part-time classes 9 am to noon Monday to Friday. Provides free child care for pre-school age children. Contact or go to the office for an application form.
