Provides free English classes (levels 1 to 3) for newcomers to Canada ages 17 and up to help them gain the language and knowledge to start their new lives and settle in Canada. Also assesses prospective students for eligibility and training level using the Canadian Language Benchmarks Placement Test (CLPBT). Classes are online but registration is through the office. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday; contact for more details regarding class schedule.
