Provides free English classes for adult newcomers to Canada who are permanent residents or refugees. Placement of new students is determined by testing administered by the Surrey Language Assessment Centre. Free childminding is available for children of LINC students. LINC Assistance and Readiness Class (LARC) is a trauma-informed program for clients who need additional support and more flexibility than a conventional LINC class would provide, with the goal of transitioning into the regular LINC stream. Office hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 5:15 pm to 7 pm Tuesday to Thursday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
