Provides free English classes for adult newcomers to Canada who are permanent residents or refugees. Provides basic instruction in conversation, reading, and writing to convey essential knowledge of Canada for newcomers. Program hours vary. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
