Offers free legal advocacy and support to low-income individuals and families in Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. Legal advocates provide one-on-one advice of varying degrees (referral, summary advice, or full representation) on a variety of legal topics, including residential tenancy disputes, employment issues, income assistance, disability, and consumer/debt issues. Provides information and referral services, public education, as well as guidance and support during mediations. Email to book an appointment.
