Provides legal information and referral services by phone or in person. Assists with finding legal information and self-help resources, and providing referrals to other community services to get legal advice. Also assists Vancouver's Downtown Community Court and New Westminster First Nations/Indigenous clients. Referral from self or from legal aid lawyers. Program hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Intake (phone) hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesdays.
