Assists the general public in finding an appropriate lawyer for their particular situation. Callers can access lawyers who offer a free fifteen minute consultation to decide whether the issue is worth pursuing legally. The consultation may or may not include legal advice at the lawyer's own discretion. If the lawyer is hired, standard rates apply thereafter. There is no obligation for the lawyer to accept the applicant's case or for the applicant to retain the lawyer. To receive a referral, individuals should call during office hours; $25 booking fee applies for household incomes over $100,000, booking fee also applies to all individuals booking through the website.
