An integrated health centre provides free one-stop primary care, mental health and substance use services, harm reduction and addictions support, and specialized care to Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Provides culturally-inclusive health care acknowledging the importance of Elders and Indigenous healing in the health of First Nations patients. Wraparound services include an integrated care team made up of social workers, counsellors, peers, community liaison workers, physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. Elders are also part of the primary care team. Clients work directly with a Care Coordinator.
