12-bed duplex and mental health assisted living program for individuals with mental illness and those concurrently managing mental health and substance use disorders. Adheres to a resident-centred, psychosocial rehabilitation approach; promotes productive citizenship within both the program and the broader community. Registered under the Assisted Living Act. Referrals accepted from Fraser Health with a Housing Application Residential/Tertiary (HART) form. Intake hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Fraser Health.
