Offers counselling for parents and youth experiencing difficulties in their family relationships. Supports caregivers as they navigate parenting through the teen years, working with them to explore family relationships, recognize strengths, understand teen behaviours, build confidence in parenting, develop strategies for managing conflict and stress, and enhance family connections. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday; daytime and evening appointments are available. Serves Nanaimo, Ladysmith, and Lantzville. Funded by MCFD.
