The Vancouver At-Risk Comprehensive Program provides one-on-one support for low-income mamas, expecting mamas, and their families. The program identifies barriers and provides resources and immediate support to low-income and struggling families and caregivers by offering free access to diapers, wipes, hygiene items, and clothing through Karma Market; items are based upon availability. Refers to food banks and other food programs; food is only directly provided in case of emergency. Also offers medical interventions not covered by MSP. Helps facilitate resource navigation connecting families with a network of support, including counselling and community services.
