Service Description

Provides 44 self-contained transitional supportive housing units for women (cisgender and transgender) experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Each self-contained studio apartment includes bathroom, stovetop, and a fridge. There is shared amenity space that includes a laundry room, commercial kitchen and a dining lounge area where residents can enjoy meals together. The building also has a safe consumption space to engage in safe consumption of substances. Support workers provide 24-hour support to ensure the wellbeing of residents. Breakfast and dinner are offered daily. Women live semi-independently and have access to staff for support and case planning. Does not allow pets. Six units on the first floor of the building are wheelchair accessible. Apply through BC Housing. Funded by BC Housing.
