Residential care facility for adults with severe and persistent mental health issues, requiring 24-hour care. Services include nursing and personal care, medication administration, meals, laundry service, and social and recreational activities. Referrals are through the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) service. The Bridging Program provides outreach to up to 20 individuals living in the community to support them in maintaining their independent living situations.
