Delivers healthy, low-cost, frozen, mid-day meals on Fridays. Serves seniors at risk of isolation, who have difficulty with grocery shopping, or have problems preparing meals in their own homes. Meals consist of an entrée, soup and crackers or salad, and dessert. Meals can be ordered for regular delivery or on the day before. Fees are charged. Funded by Fraser Health.
