Delivers healthy and balanced meals to isolated and vulnerable seniors ages 50 and over in Coquitlam. Volunteers and staff help seniors connect to City of Coquitlam programs, services, leisure activities, and opportunities for social interaction. Open referral; application forms are available online. Meals cost $7.50; menu changes weekly and is updated online. Orders can be placed online or by phone. Meals are delivered for free by 12 pm on Tuesdays (schedule may change with civic holidays).
