Wellness Program offers free, confidential, one-to-one counselling to Stz'uminus members to improve coping skills. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Alcohol and Drug Program offers addiction support through one-on one, family, and/or group counselling. Also connects individuals with community resources, including detox, recovery homes, and treatment centres, and supports individuals to maintain sobriety after returning home from treatment. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, but worker is flexible. Funded as a National Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NNADAP) program.
