Provides a range of health care and support services for adults and youth with mental health and/or substance use issues. Services include assessment, treatment, counselling, education, and referral to community resources. The Tertiary Care Program provides outreach services for clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses that seriously impair their functioning in community living, with priority given to people with schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. Services are recovery-oriented and delivered by a group of interdisciplinary mental health staff seven days a week, 10 hours per day. Also provides counselling to individuals who are concerned about someone else's substance use. In addition, provides access to other specialty substance use and mental health services. Open referral.
