Provides a range of health care and support services for adults age 18 and older and in certain circumstances youth up to age 18 that are living as an independent with mental health and/or substance use issues. Services include assessment, treatment, mental health and/or substance use counselling, education, and referral to community resources. Also provides counselling to individuals who are concerned about someone else’s substance use. In addition, provides access to other specialty substance use and mental health services. Services are offered in person as well as by phone. Accepts referral from self or other. Serves Fort St John. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
