Provides a range of health care and support services for adults ages 19 and up with mental health and/or substance use issues. Services include assessment, treatment, counselling, education, and referral to community resources. Also provides counselling to individuals who are concerned about someone else's substance use. In addition, provides access to other specialty substance use and mental health services. Open referral. Serves Bamfield and Port Alberni. Also handles intake for the Redford Street mental health and substance use office. Intake hours and office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; walk-in hours and scheduled intake appointments are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3 pm Monday to Friday (no Wednesday afternoon walk-in).
