Provides counselling and advocacy to individuals with serious forms of mental illness, supporting their ability to function in social relations and manage their daily lives. Serves Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal men and women. Addresses a variety of issues, including depression, identity issues, suicide, family violence, sexual abuse, sexual assault, cultural oppression, and spiritual confusion. Also offers group programs for support and education. Hours are 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, by appointment. Funded by First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).
