Offers a variety of supports as well as workshops and speakers on mental health topics. Provides connection to resources, a drop-in mental health chat service, a Grief Support Group, a weekly Walk and Talk Group, Guided Hikes for Mental Health and Wellness, a weekly Walk and Talk Group, and monthly social events. Serves residents of Lake Country, which includes Okanagan Centre, Carr's Landing, Oyama, and Winfield. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Mondays and 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday to Friday; program hours vary.
