Provides free and confidential short-term counselling for individuals, couples, and families. Service includes crisis intervention mental health support, as well as referral to other mental health professionals or community agencies. Sessions are provided by appointment in person at the Health Centre, by phone, or in the client's home if required. Health centre hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Offered in partnership with Ministry of Children and Family Services (MCFD).
