Develops and manages housing sites throughout the Lower Mainland for low to moderate income families, seniors, and people with physical disabilities. Provides two types of housing:

Low-End-of-Market Housing offers rental rates that are below typical market rental rates for households with low to moderate incomes who do not qualify for subsidized housing. Households whose before-tax income falls within the following amounts may qualify: Studio/1-bedroom, $58,000 to $90,560; 2-bedroom, $72,500 to $146,270; 3-bedroom, $86,000 to $146,270; 4-bedroom, $107,500 to $146,270 may qualify for a four-bedroom unit. Applications must be made through Metro Vancouver Housing.

Rent-Geared-to-Income (subsidized) housing is for households with lower incomes. Rents are set at 30% of a household's gross annual income (before tax) Applications must be made through BC Housing.
