Provides trauma-informed outreach primary care services to Indigenous individuals in Vancouver whose needs have not been met by more conventional models of care. Offers a combination of scheduled drop-in clinics, targeted outreach for individual MOP members, and cultural wellness outreach services provided by Kilala Lelum Elders and Knowledge Keepers.
