Provides BC seniors with access to a free refurbished smart phone and a reduced rate mobile phone plan. Seniors can apply if they are receiving the guaranteed income supplement benefit, or can provide an old age security statement, also known as a T4A(OAS), indicating an amount paid in box 21 (net supplements paid).
