Provides a coordinated support system to help immigrant and refugee (protected person and convention refugee) youth, adults, and families with multiple needs and significant integration barriers to acquire sufficient skills in order to participate in regular settlement or community services and programs. Services include in-home assessment, case management, settlement information and counselling, practical assistance and access to resources, support groups and workshops, and literacy and life skills development. Services are provided for 12 to 18 months. Serves Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, and Aldergrove.
