Multicultural Family Preservation Program

Increases the parenting capacity of multicultural families with children up to age 18 who are referred by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD); aim is to avoid having children enter the care of the ministry. Cultural team members (clinical counsellors and outreach family workers) assist parents and caregivers to meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of their children for enhanced safety and well-being. Services are provided in English as well as in Arabic, Mandarin, Punjabi, and Tagalog. Supports clients who live in Delta, Langley, Surrey, and White Rock.
