Engages in community development projects designed to improve the quality of life for residents of Downtown Eastside Single Room Occupancy Unites (SROs) or non-market housing, with a particular focus on building social support networks for senior citizens. Stresses community development and hosts events regarding local issues, and collaborates with other agencies for the well-being of seniors.
