Provides primary health care and social support for government-assisted refugees, privately sponsored refugees, and refugee claimants during their first two years in Canada. Priority is given to people with 2 or more of these conditions: multiple barriers, children with disability, complex health or social issues, or no health insurance. Service is in English with interpreters available.
