New Canadian Clinic - Surrey

Provides primary health care and social support for newcomers to Canada (immigrants, government-assisted refugees, privately sponsored refugees, and refugee claimants) during their first year in Canada, and new immigrants in Canada under five years whose medical needs may be complicated by language, cultural, and knowledge barriers. Staffed by a nurse practitioner who works collaboratively with physicians and community service providers. Accepts referral from self or other. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; by appointment only.
