Provides primary health care and social support for government-assisted refugees, privately sponsored refugees, and refugee claimants during their first two years in Canada. Priority is given to people with 2 or more of these conditions: multiple barriers, children with disability, complex health or social issues, or no health insurance. Additional language services may be available, but interpreter must be requested at time of booking appointment. Referral required; see website for referral form. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; by appointment only.
