Provides 13 units of transitional shelter for individuals of all genders. Offers access to resources and services, including housing, employment, financial, life skills, mentorship, physical health, and mental health services. Referral from Victoria Cool Aid's Rock Bay Landing or Sandy Merriman shelter required; does not accept drop-ins. Staff work with participants to develop personal action plans designed to help them transition from homelessness to independence and gain long-term housing. Participants are involved in the daily operations of the house, and in the progression of their individual action plans. Shelter is staffed 24 hours. Stays are generally from three months to a year.
