Trained volunteers of similar age and experience meet one-to-one to encourage and support North Shore seniors who are dealing with health challenges, stress, losses, caregiving, loneliness, and changes of lifestyle. Also offers information about resources in the community, including government services. Provides training to community volunteers who work with seniors. Offered in English, Farsi, and German. Hours vary.
