Service Description

Low-barrier transitional housing for adults of any gender who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and need a high level of support due to substance use, medical needs, or mental health concerns. Supports residents to develop daily living skills related to hygiene, medical care, medication compliance, and general life skills. Residents have access to Northern Health Intensive Case Management Team. Accommodation in shared rooms separated by gender. Offers harm reduction supplies and NA meetings. Accepts individuals on opioid agonist therapy. No alcohol or substance use allowed inside the building. Wheelchair accessible, cannot accommodate pets. Housing charge is $375 per month. Referrals from community agencies and the emergency shelter in the same building.
