Works with social services organizations in Parksville to provide weekend outreach support to those who are homeless and who have been housed through the Homelessness Outreach Support Team (HOST). Outreach teams provide supports including life skills and landlord communication to help clients remain housed. Also provides storage facilities, offering a space for people who have lost their housing to keep small quantities of personal goods for their future re-housing. Provides transportation support and covers costs to get clients to key appointments at the Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) clinic in Qualicum Beach. The team also provide direct outreach support to people sleeping rough in the area. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
