Offers counselling to individuals, couples, children, youth, and families on issues such as trauma, anxiety, life or career transitions, addictions, grief, and loss; uses a range of therapeutic techniques. Fees are charged; Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and crime victim assistance may be available. Self-referral accepted. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Counselling sessions can be scheduled daytime, evenings, and weekends.
