Transitional supportive housing provides 45 furnished suites for adults age 19 and over with multiple barriers who are experiencing or who are at risk of homelessness and may also deal with mental health and/or addiction issues, and whose needs cannot be managed with community supports. Aims to help residents live independently and overcome homelessness. Offers meals, outreach, and case management for all residents. Guests are not allowed. Alcohol and drug use is discouraged in facility. Front desk is staffed 24 hours daily. Length of stay is open-ended, determined on a case-by-case basis. Referrals are through Island Health, Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA). No pets allowed. Wheelchair accessible.
