Overdose Outreach Team

Provides outreach services to adults who use substances and want to reduce the risk of toxic drug poisoning. Support includes connection to harm reduction services and other community supports, individual advocacy to help navigate the healthcare system, and training to properly respond to an overdose. Interpretation services available; inform staff of preferred language. Referral accepted from self or other. To request services; send name, phone number, and address in English through email, fax, or voicemail/text. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
