Individuals can connect one-on-one with a trained staff member by email, phone, or text. The Guide Line provides informed text support to workers in the trades/construction industry and their loved ones. Phone hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, text hours are 1 pm to 8 pm Monday to Thursday.
