Transitional housing program provides safe and affordable housing to eight youth ages 15 to 19 who may be experiencing social isolation, poverty, substance use, or trauma. Community-oriented environment, with each youth having their own bachelor unit. Supports youth to strive for and attain their educational, employment, and wellness goals through counselling, advocacy, life skills training, nutrition and cooking groups, and fitness. One unit is wheelchair friendly. Maximum stay is 18 months.
