Develops, operates, and maintains regional community amenities including parkland, trails, playgrounds, and recreation centres in Central Saanich, Colwood, Esquimalt, Highlands, Langford, Metchosin, North Saanich, Oak Bay, Saanich, Sidney, Sooke, Victoria, and View Royal. Parks and Recreation Commissions in Juan de Fuca Electoral Area, Salt Spring Island, Galiano Island, Mayne Island, Saturna Island, and Pender Islands acquire, develop, and maintain a network of community parks and trails, and provide recreation services in their local areas. Hours for Regional Parks Headquarters are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
