Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO)

Acts as a point of contact to share feedback, compliments, or concerns regarding quality of care within the Northern Health region. Formally registers complaints about patient care that have not been resolved at the service delivery level, works with the patient and family to identify a reasonable solution, and provides explanations regarding decisions and actions taken as a result of the complaint. Patients dissatisfied with how the complaint was handled can request the Ministry of Health Patient Care Quality Review Board look into the matter. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
